The Music Revitalization Project, Inc. is a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization founded in 1995 by a group of adults from many walks of life, whose common goal as musicians, was a fervent desire to keep concert band music alive in the Southeastern New England area. |

The history of our nation's wind bands and the musical heritage of our country started here in New England, with the prominent bands of Patrick Gilmore, David Reeves and John Philip Sousa. This is where it was happening in the late 1800's. Enter the turn of the century and revitalization is about to take place. |
